The Path of Righteousness

Dear Patriotic Subscribers,

The bible says that living a life that is “morally upright, just and aligned with God's will,” is what being on a righteous path means. Another description of walking a path of righteousness, is when we are on a journey of faith and obedience to God. So why is it then, that so many of us are so very far from being on this path? Let's look a little further to understand…

Since President Trump was re-elected, many of us have become his cheerleaders shouting “Trump, Trump, he's our man, if he can't do it, no one can,” and while we are certainly as thrilled as anyone that he is doing such an effective job, in getting things done, does that mean that we can all now sit back and relax? We don't believe so. There is so much work to do to get our nation on track, that no one man can do it alone. And remember, President Trump is wise, but like us all, he’s still imperfect. Case in point, we have questioned a few very important decisions that he has made. The first one is trusting and pushing forward AI. The second one is some of the people he has put in leadership positions. And the third one is a few of the candidates he’s endorsed. This is not a criticism...it is simply our opinion. No one man is perfect in every aspect, and this is why we all should be involved. We need to be first and foremost, on top of keeping our own homes and families in order, be aware of who we are electing locally, and become involved in helping our already elected leaders stay on track. If we don’t stay updated, or hold others accountable, we allow failures to happen due to wrong actions or inactions.

We cannot afford to blindly follow others or buy into a group-think mentality. The need to fit in should be last on your list of goals. While speaking up is more difficult than going along to get along, when we do so, we become people who shed light and truth on matters that others may not see. We also show our allegiance to God the Father, because He IS the Truth and the Light! While being honest and forthright puts a target on our backs, we believe that this is what God calls us to do. He wants us to be Truth Tellers. Now doing this does not mean that we should be unkind or petty towards others. We shouldn't have agendas to expose them in order to carry out our own personal vendettas. Instead, we should be honest and share what we know about someone's character if they are seeking a position, both in our communities or local government that will in the long run, impact us all. It's called educating others. Some who don’t care won’t value the information, but the critical thinkers do. And if you're afraid of being the outcast for doing this? You're in good company. Just look at what Jesus had to withstand.

We would never impart on you what we haven’t been willing to do ourselves. We have spoken out and because of this, have made a few enemies, but have also been advocates of positive change. We stood up to those who spread lies about local candidates running for office. We have supported a small minority of True Conservatives at meetings with honest agendas like Banning the Jab. We have written letters to question things being passed that shouldn't be. And we have even gone up against Iconic Organizations and gotten them removed. Even so, there will always be the people who believe that you have an agenda when you speak up, but if you get at least one conscientious thinker who understands your motivation, then you know you’ve been effective. There are those among us who take advantage of others who they know need to be approved of, who will blindly support them no matter what, and this can be very dangerous. If someone desperately seeks to be in a leadership position, then we all should be questioning what their intentions really are, but too many are unwilling to do this. Possessing the ability to read between the lines is both a blessing and a curse, but we would prefer that our fellow citizens develop this ability, rather than to let others go on making important decisions for them.

Those whose goal it is to Conceal, dislike those who choose to Reveal. We recently had an HOA board taken over by some very dangerous people who we believe have a costly agenda. Best part? Supposed MAGA Trump supporters voted in the most Insane Liberal NPR embracing Nut Job we have ever met! His FB posts are vile, but no one even cared to look. Those of us who spoke up about him were made to look mean, while the REAL bad guys (his supporters) portrayed themselves to be the good ones. Figure THAT one out! Worst of all, were the people who refused to believe us, because they didn’t want to see who this guy really was. Many of us become this way, because we don't want to look bad, or we believe that the outcome won’t affect us, but it always eventually does. The decisions we make and the actions we take (or choose not to), always affect others as well.

Look at Judge Boasberg, who tried to block President Trump’s deportations and now he will be overseeing Signalgate. Like Judge Merchan, who tried to convict Trump in New York, his daughter has money interests in this. What about the journalists who have been used to talk down Trump's Tariffs and the Houthi strike? Their lies are being ramped up with every success that Trump has. What about all of the migrants given social security numbers after being let in our country illegally. Think that will affect us all? Look what’s happening in France, where they just jailed the popular conservative leader like they tried to do to Trump here! These things can only happen, when people refuse to speak up and push back. We can’t always lean on “Daddy Trump.” While he is an awesome President, he cannot fix what is broken in our families, our local government, or even every part of the world! We also need to watch who is appointed as judges and defund news sources like NPR. We have to speak up, and lose the need to “fit in,” or “make the cut,” rather than doing the right thing.

Everyone should be asking themselves what role they play in bringing America back to where she once was, for not only our sakes, but for those who come after us. Mostly, we all must seek the path of righteousness, so we are upholding God's will. We should show our obedience to God's commands, so we are a good example for others around us. This is important so that one day, we will hear God's voice saying “job well done, good and faithful servant.” So let’s all get in and work. Stay informed. Read between the lines. Don't blindly trust. Vet those running for office. And most of all, use your voices to let the truth be known, so that America will stay on the glorious Path of Righteousness and continue to be One Nation Under God.

Free Will

God gave us Free Will, so we could decide whether or not to follow Him, but also so that we could make other important decisions in our lives. Free Will not only gives us the ability to choose which door to open, but more importantly, which one we will walk through. Everyone gets stuck on the bible verse Matthew 7:1 which says “Judge not, lest ye be Judged,” but what they don't understand is that Judgement is NOT the same as Discernment.

God is in Control

Jesus was very clear in saying that who was not with Him, was against him. This is why how we lead our lives and who we follow is so important. Do we follow our earthly leaders who are Prefect, or our heavenly one who is Perfect? Too many of us seek Comfort rather than Confrontation, and while this may seem acceptable, in God's realm, it is not. Benjamin Franklin once said that “rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God,” which means that when we resist oppressive rules, we are demonstrating an obedience to a higher power.
