2026 Tickets | | Get your tickets before midnight on Halloween! Early-bird pricing is $35 and runs through October 31, 2025. Ticket price goes up to $50 on November 1, 2025. Thanks to our sponsor Denver Doll Emporium, we have five $20 gift certificates for our pre-registration prize drawing! All early-bird registrants will automatically be entered for the drawing on November 1, 2025. Winners can pick up their prizes at the pickup table to the left of the vendor room doors during the convention. Hotel Rooms | | As of publication, we have 18 rooms left in our hotel block for 2026. You can reserve your room HERE for the special DollCon Dallas rate of $135 per night for a King or Double room. You can also book by calling the Westin at (972) 385-3000 and telling them you want to book a room in the DollCon Dallas block. If you have questions for the hotel, require additional nights, or need further assistance, please get in touch with the hotel directly. THE LAST DAY TO RESERVE HOTEL ROOMS IS Friday, January 23, 2026Once our block is sold out, the Westin may not be able to add rooms. |

Parking | | A free off-site parking lot is available down the street, but it is unmonitored.
If you prefer closer, indoor parking, the Westin gives DCD members a discounted fee of $12 per day and has added enhanced security monitoring to the parking garage. |

Vendor Room Applications are Open! | | Do you want to sell at DollCon Dallas, or know someone who'd be perfect for our vendor room? Use This Form to submit your application! | | Please remember that our vendor room is curated. To provide variety for shoppers and help our vendors make the most money, we limit merchandise categories, such as the number of vendors selling eyes. |

Accessibility | | If you have a mobility or other impairment and would like reserved seating, please email [email protected]. We will reserve seats in your name that accommodate your needs as much as possible. For example, you can tell us that you prefer to be in the front of a room, on an aisle, etc. Comfort or emotional support animals are not allowed at DollCon Dallas. Service dogs are very welcome!
Please note that we do not permit strollers, wagons, rolling carts, luggage, or other similar items, and they cannot be used as mobility devices. | |

Hangout and Photography Rooms | | Logan Davis and Crockett Smith provide a quiet space in the Marsalis Room (2nd Floor) for you to rest, work on small crafts, and hold meetups. If you need time to decompress from too much activity or too many people, rest your feet, visit with friends, or even take a little nap, this is a safe place for you!
Shelly Sisk will have props and photo backgrounds in the DeGolyer Room (2nd Floor). She'll happily share photo tips or take photos of you with your dolls and friends! | |
