Arizona Settlers

The timing was right. It wasn't our plan, but apparently God had other ideas. We bought a house in Arizona and have come off the road as RV Life Full-timers. We are  now "Some-timers".

We thought this past winter was going to be reconnaissance, where we would be exploring neighborhoods and towns around the Phoenix area to get an idea of where we might be settling down after 2 or 3 more years of the RV Life. But when we found a newly-built house in a small town about an hour from Phoenix we knew it was the one. It checked-off just about everything on our list.

With the cost of diesel fuel being what it is, we sadly couldn't continue the lifestyle anyway. It has become a budget buster, so we put in the offer for the house and two days later (on my birthday) they accepted. Happy birthday to me!

We still plan to take the RV out once in a while to explore the wide-open west, and I have tons of amazing experiences to write about from my full-timer days ... 5 years of adventures, 2017-2022. Stay tuned!

The latest RV Life article is about the plans I had to work through in order to Prepare for Launch into the full-time RV lifestyle.

The latest article in the Inspire Me should speak to the Patriot heart in you.

The more I read and learn about the personal stories and attitudes of the brave ancestors who made a stand against tyranny, the more inspired and proud I become as a free American.

Learn about the Convention of States.

People and places, names and faces, all will fade to time and circumstance. The small choices we make moment by moment can find their way back to us, like A Kiss Forgotten.

Read or Listen to this entertaining memory from my youth, as it came back to me after 30 years forgotten.
