I am writing with some updates for you all, however before we get into this, please know these decisions have not been made lightly. They have been heavily debated and prayed over by myself and a few close mentors over the past 7 weeks. This official update is to ensure we are all on the same page and there is as much clarity as possible- and you are receiving it because at one time or another you have supported me in this journey.
I have made the hard decision to discontinue teaching and any independent classes through 511 Creative Studio with no current plans to begin teaching again. Again, this was not a light decision.
As things have unfolded many of you have been surprised, and have asked or may ask why. While the answer is incredibly multi-faceted, the short answer is that 1) doors have been clearly closed in a divine way to lead me to this point, and 2) I always want your children and families to have the best education possible. As I am focusing on my health, next steps in life, and completing contracts for this school year, this is something I can no longer provide.
I am thankful that there are many options in the area for your students to transition to, and I have linked many of them below for you all!! Each location or team is one I have worked closely with and trust for you all to continue with. For clarity, I will be fulfilling commitments this year at REACH, The Music Studio, and Ad Astra as planned!! Additionally, I am so humbled and excited to say I will be teaching music and graphic design at Grace Prep in Stafford this year as their first teacher to offer these programs (much prayer appreciated!!) If you are currently not involved in either of those, please let me know if you would like information beyond what is attached below. I would love to have any of my students come join those classrooms!!
I want you all to know I am so thankful to each of you for your support the past four years. I am humbled and honored to have learned from each one of your students, each family, and the many friends and business partners who have supported me in countless ways. This decision has left me with peace but as I have learned in many ways recently, the gift of peace can- and has been- accompanied by bittersweet tears as well. I purely loved every single minute of teaching, outreach, and seeing each of my kiddos every week.

Thank you all and so much love for everyone who has supported me!!
Keep creating for the Creator :)
