As we draw close to one of the most wonderful holidays of all, a time of the Harvest and Giving Thanks, it may bring about a different feeling to us this year. After witnessing all that is going on in our country and in the world, believers must see as we do, the signs of end times and the return of Christ.
Decades ago, many prophesied His return (Luke 21:36) and even though we were Christians, we dismissed this notion, as none of the signs were there. But as we continually stay in the word, and pay attention to all that has happened, especially in the Middle East, it specifically feels to us, like we are in the final stages as was foretold in the Bible. (Matthew 24:6-13) While this may make some feel fearful and restless, we must remember that this world is not our forever home… but heaven is, and we all should rejoice in that! So this is why we ask... Are we all ready for the harvest?
By our observations, we can now see why the bible says that the road to heaven is narrow. Notice the devil, doing his final dance all around us. The Left holds marches against our president, with the “No Kings” theme, while many of them, non-believers themselves, have put their importance way above that of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They actually believe that THEY are the kings! Ask anyone at those rallies if they're Christians, and watch their faces distort. While some may obligatorally attend church, that is much different than having a personal relationship with God. Society is in the worst moral decline that we've ever seen, and if we've noticed all the recent hatred of Jews, we have to know that the persecution of Christians, is right around the corner. In fact, it is happening right now, as we write this in Africa, Asia and in the Middle East! Did you ever think you would see the hatred of Jews, after the Holocaust? We didn't, but as long as we allow the demented Left to run our schools and indoctrinate our children, they will never learn about that, or any other significant events (like 911) that makes them aware and puts them on guard against allowing it to happen again.
Everyone has seen the rioters who are in the streets attacking reporters, ICE agents and police officers, along with making vile statements about Charlie Kirk and our President. Even Pam Bondi is not immune to these threats! But you have to ask yourselves, who raised these young rioters? As much as we have stuck up for the Baby Boomer generation, (as some of us are in it) who get a huge share of hatred, and the blame for just about everything, we have been able to trace many of these problems back to them. Not the whole generation, but specifically the oldest half (ages 70-80).They were the ones who were the Women's Rights activists who pushed Feminism and hatred toward masculinity. We believe that they learned this at their colleges in the 60's when it was cool to burn their bras and push the “Empowerment” of women! What they really became were Man-Haters. Nowadays, they call out “Toxic Masculinity," whatever that is. These were usually very spoiled and coddled young women who decided that the Nuclear Family, wasn't all it was cracked up to be, so if and when they did get married, they made sure to get a man who would kow-tow to their every need, but if he didn't, or she grew tired of him, they broke up the family with divorce. They turned their children into Latch Key Kids, and later over to Day Cares, because work was far more important than being a Stay at Home mom. They threw away any belief in God (if they even had it), touted abortion as healthcare, (because who wants to be weighed down by an unwanted pregnancy) and voted Democratic, because they believed that it was the party of Equality. They were whacked then and now as we’ve witnessed them, wandering around with angry expressions, and children or grandchildren, who are as lost and misled as they were...What a sad, but truthful commentary on our society!
Women weren't the only ones to make these bad choices either. We have been inundated here in America, with Politicians, many who are male, who have let their power go to their heads, and have passed laws and made decisions like they are on the throne, rather than God. There are too many to name, but McConnell, Schumer and the Communist Bernie Sanders come to mind, as they have all played in this game for far too long! They’re in their latter years and are no longer effective, but still, they refuse to give up their seats...aka POWER! And right behind them is the new team… Look at Jay Jones of VA! But if you look back on snippets from decades ago, they were against the very same things that President Trump is, but because they have gone so far to the Left (Socialism/Communism) and have bought into those sinister plans, they now go against him in any way that they can. (Think: shut down.) They continue this, as there is never any accountability served up for this behavior or their crimes. Now we are finally seeing a few being brought to justice, like Letitia James, James Comey, John Bolton and John Brennan, but there are so many more, (like Anthony Fauci) who need to be indicted, so we won't be holding our breath until we see that they are actually punished.
We believe that even if we are able to save our country, there is much more to contemplate than that. So we wonder…are we prepared for the harvest? We believe that everything that we do, (or don't do) on earth, determines whether we will be raptured up, or left behind on earth for the years of tribulation. The peacemakers like President Trump will be Embraced, while those who stir up trouble, like the Communists who have infiltrated our government will be Spit Out! Even the least of us will be used in the most extraordinary ways, while those who bask in their supposed power will be washed away by the tides of righteousness. If we think that all of the fires, floods, pandemics and tsunamis are tough to deal with, just stop and think what might be ahead, unless we all get right with God. We've already seen a dress rehearsal as we watched, and were justifiedly horrified by people's deranged young offspring in the streets burning our cities, but even moreso, disgusted by the older generations who took part in this as well. Many of these are teachers in our schools, professors in our colleges and even those who call themselves family counselors...shocking to say the least! While we've all sinned, and fallen short of the Glory of God, we hope and pray that all of our fellow Patriots are mindful of their actions, (or inactions) because we believe that possibly very soon, we WILL face judgement! So draw close to those you love, and more importantly, those who love you back. While we can all be forgiving of what others have done, let us not forget what some have allowed to happen, because of the desire to be “tolerant and accepting” when they shouldn't have been. We can no longer have Communists or Jihadists on our soil, and more specifically, in our government. So pray hard during these times. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving and Give all Glory to God, our true Rock and Savior!
